To purchase products, you may be required to register. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Under Portuguese law, you are responsible for any activity performed under your account unless you can prove unauthorized access by a third party.
4. Product Information and Availability
We make every effort to ensure that prices, descriptions, and images are accurate. We cannot guarantee your device's screen displays colors exactly as they appear in person. In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., a €500 item listed for €5), we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund, as permitted by the Portuguese Civil Code regarding "error in the declaration."
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT (IVA) at the current legal rate in Portugal. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and Multibanco as displayed at checkout.
6. Shipping and Delivery
All our pieces are made-to-order. Please allow 4-5 weeks for production before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery takes 3-5 business days (Portugal) or 5-8 business days (Europe). In accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, customers will be informed of any unexpected delays.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (Decree-Law no. 24/2014)
As all our pieces are made-to-order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, Article 17(1)(c). This exemption applies to all orders unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We kindly ask customers to review their order carefully before confirming purchase.
8. Legal Guarantee (Defective Products)
Under Portuguese Law (Decree-Law no. 84/2021), new consumer goods are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@beurre-dor.com with photos and your order number. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination (refund).
