Processing Time
All our pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted with care. Please allow 4-5 weeks for your order to be prepared before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties
For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties apply. All prices on our website are displayed in Euros and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with Portuguese and EU tax regulations.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014) and EU consumer rights regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, except for made-to-order or personalised items which are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@beurre-dor.com so I can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
